Logitech Wireless Keyboard for Notebooks

Logitech released 3 new keyboards on the market, one of which is designed for portable computers and called diNovo Keyboard for Notebooks.

A notebook keyboard is an optional solution for when you need to work for a long time on the computer and you have to place the laptop in a desk, using a separate mouse. Logitech’s new wireless keyboard features the PerfectStroke key system meant to improve the typing experience reaching maximum comfort, fluid and silent operation. It enables longer key travel of 3.2 mm, compared to the other existent keyboard models which have 2.2 mm key movement space, and this way the distance between your fingers is enlarged to eliminate fatigue. There are micro-scissors that distribute force evenly across key surfaces so that when you strike the keys’ edges it will feel the same.

diNovo Keyboard for Notebooks is a full-size keyboard with integrated number pad and sports the thinnest form factor from all Logitech’s laptop keyboards, of 22.10 mm from base to key caps.
In addition to ergonomics, it looks cool too, having a glossy black finish and brushed-aluminum palm rest, while the 2.4 GHz technology removes wires and allows you to sit or lay in any position while typing. The most impressive characteristic is the fact that it can operate continuously for up to 3 years until the flashing indicator alerts you to replace batteries.

“Style – specifically the ability to choose the style that fits one’s tastes – is increasingly driving purchase decisions,” said Denis Pavillard, vice president of product marketing for Logitech keyboards and desktops. “Our three newest keyboards address this trend, as well as various usage scenarios, from working in low light to being more comfortable when working on a laptop.”

If you are interested in the price, the Logitech diNovo Keyboard for Notebooks that will come in stores next month, will be available at a retail price of $99.99.
